- You'll have the best walk on the island's west side, at the Natura area with the centenarian trees, the wild flowers, the herbs, the chapels and the ancient remains. You'll definitely need more than a day to see the basic ones.

Don't forget
Sifnos has many places to swim, but only some are suitable for families. In some beaches you'll have to sit on rocks, while others are not easy to be accessed by kids. Ask a local for more info, before you go anywhere.
In protected areas, such as the island's west forest, throwing garbage is strictly forbidden, as well as fire starting. The place is guarded and penalties are too heavy.
In many cases you'll have to walk, to find a beach. Make sure to wear sneakers and not sandals or flip-flops.
